Skilled Independent Visa – (Subclass 189)
This visa is a permanent visa for skilled workers who want to live and work anywhere in Australia. It does not require sponsorship by a State/Territory government or relative in Australia. This visa opens a pathway for Australian citizenship. You must receive an invitation from the Department of Home Affairs to apply for this visa
Skilled Nominated Visa – (Subclass 190)
This visa is a permanent visa for skilled workers who desire to live and work in a certain Australian State or Territory. This visa requires the applicant to be nominated by a state or territory government.
Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) Visa (Subclass 491)
This visa enable eligible skilled workers to live, work and study in designated regional areas of Australia (that is, outside Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne) for 5 years . This visa paves the road for permanent residency. Visa holders will be eligible to apply for a Permanent Residence visa after three years
Permanent Residence (Skilled Regional) – (Subclass 191)
This visa is a permanent visa for skilled professionals who have previously lived, worked, and studied in Australia on a previous qualifying visa (Subclass 491 or 494) for at least three years. You don’t need a sponsor or nominator and must hold an eligible visa and complied with the conditions of that visa.
